The device was delivered early. I wasn’t expecting it to be so neat and well packaged, especially since this is my first time buying a refurbished device. It was very nice, and my friend’s daughter loves it!

As I was expecting (hello! Black Market is the best :D) I'm incredibly happy with my MacBook Air A2337. It's exactly what I was hoping for and what I needed. I bought it "good" and, as my previous experience with my Samsung A34, unless you look closely and may see a tiny scratch or some minor sign of wear (for instance, the keyboard), I would think it's actually "excellent". I was so excited as, although I'm not a fan of Apple's elitism and arrogance in general, I'm a sucker for design and a Mac has no rival in terms of some quirks and little details that are just awesome (quite literally). And how lightweight, compact it is, there's nothing like it. It's exactly what I needed: a device that it's practical to take to the library or to a cafe and that I don't have to plug in all the time (like my other laptop) and great to take on my trips! The size of the screen is also just perfect. The crispiness make the reduced size (compare to my main laptop) unnoticeable. Also, the TOUCHPAD! OMG I've never experience anything like it. I absolutely HATE using touchpads but this one is just incredible. I'm in no rush at all to get a mouse. The battery lasts for many hours, especially for academic use: reading, writing, browsing some website, loggin in to my virtual campus. But even watching some videos on YouTube or streaming Netflix. I always have on low power use when on battery as well. But that doesn't make much of a difference with my other laptop, for instance. I will always have a PC as my main computer (I have an ASUS Turf Gaming A15) but this is the perfect balance now. I love it! But not sure I'd ever have a Mac as my main device, I think if you're a techy person, I don't really have to explain! So, just have a think about what your needs are. But if you're hesitating about getting a refurbished device and or doing it through Back Market, DO IT, to both. Your planet will also appreciate it. I think at this point I'm a fan! Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Will defineltly be ordering my future tech from Backmarket excellent service 🙏🏾

All I can say - they delivered! The laptop looks Good, as I have bought a "Good" state. No obvious signs of wear, unless you start really looking for some, yes you might find a tiny bumps on the edges, but otherwise very happy with such a powerful piece of kit for such a sweet price tag. Being sick of prices of everything raising by the minute, this was actually a nice experience overall. Will definitely continue this new tradition of refurbished tech purchasing. The laptop is perfect condition, I love it and it runs amazingly. I really really recommend it for anyone who wants a great MacBook but they’re on a budget because the laptop itself doesn’t even look like it’s on a budget. Back Market is the best

I bought an iPad from Back Market and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. The iPad looks great, no scratches, dents, or any signs of wear. It functions perfectly and honestly looks almost brand new. The only downside was the charger that came with it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work and doesn’t charge the iPad at all. Luckily, I had a spare charger from my previous iPhone which works just fine, so it wasn’t a big issue for me, but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the quality and would definitely consider ordering from Back Market again.

I got it very good condition it's like brand new. the only think I wasn't happy with the delivery I waited all day for it then I got an email saying they will deliver it the local post office for me to wait another day I have to wait till I get a notification to go and get it!!
