5/5This was my first purchase from Back Market. Very impressed with the service, from start to finish. Although the iPad wasn't brand new, it looks and works like it's brand new. Will definitely be purchasing a phone from them in the near future, based on this transaction.

5/5The laptop came in 2 days and I've been using it for a few moths now. There are very light scratches on the body, but the screen was absolutely perfect! Came with the original charging brick and cable. The only issue is the magsafe charging cable failed after a few weeks. Overall very happy with this purchase!

4.4/5It was delivered one day later than the original date. Used it about a month and so far no issues. Battery is 82. % but I was expecting above 90% I feel the reliability of i Phone has fallen over the generations. Hope this 2020 SE last long. Packaging was basic compared with other refurbed phone supplier but it was adequate as after all the packaging would be ended up in a bin.

Phone ityself is immacluate. Battery lasts a couple of days without needing charging again. All good. One very happy customer.
