I have no complaints about my recent order of this phone I was a little apprehensive about getting a refurbished phone from a company I’ve never used before & I am very happy that I took the plunge. The customer service from the get go has been extremely satisfactory & my iPhone 11 may as well be brand spanking new it’s brilliant! And it came a day before estimated delivery date also the couriers left it in a safe place with care I will definitely use & recommend this company again I’ve already recommended my daughter to use back market. I ordered the refurbished iPhone for my son for Christmas but was worried after reading a few reviews that they might not be able to fulfil the order or it might not arrive in time. However, I received the phone quickly and was kept up to date with the progress of my order. The phone itself was in excellent condition as described and my son is really happy with it. No problems at all. Would recommend Backmarket as a result.

The phone was for my wife who has never had a smartphone before. She is chuffed to bits with it and is getting better and better using it each day. The quality was superb and you’d never know it wasn’t a new phone. It’s convinced me to go down the “refurbished” route in future.

Recieved my phone in pristine condition. The front and the back have no scratches and the best thing is I can speak properly instead of through loudspeaker. The last phone I had the day it arrived I tried calling someone and had to use the loudspeaker straight away. Again a refurbished phone in excellent condition. This is beyond incredible for the price😁 thankyou so much

I’m very pleased with my iPhone 6S – it does exactly what I want it to, which is to run my Apple Watch. The battery is lasting well over two days, and everything synced seamlessly with my iCloud and other devices. It took some time to upload the current OS, but that’s usual. I would really recommend it.

The iPhone 13 I ordered was described as being in good condition, and it was certainly that - and more! I have had no issues with it and on the basis of my experience to date, I would not hesitate to use Back Market again.

I have never used Back market before but I was pleasantly surprised at the iPhone 7 I received It was as good as new and it only took 4 days to arrive I have been telling all my friends to buy from them in the future I will never buy a new phone again Well done Backmarket

Ordered on a Friday, arrived on a Monday! My order was a 'Good' condition iPhone 13 128gb in Green. The phone arrived well packaged and my phone was indeed in 'Good' condition. A few surface marks aside, I was delighted to find the phone had 98% battery health - unbelievable! This particular device also had apple limited warranty too - 2 months remaining but not expected at all for a refurbished phone. The only fallback was that the phone was shipped with a standard USB-Lightening cable and a consequence, I was not able to charge my phone as the cable supplied is not compatible. I already had plans to invest in a fast charger cable and plug for this phone as I do not feel comfortable using a used cable and plus, I was seeking fast charging functionality. Aside from this, buy with confidence!

As usual the service and delivery were very good. The condition of the product was as expected from BackMarket. I have decided from now on to consider refurbished above new where possible. I tend to be behind the crowd and do not have to have the latest on the Market and hence pay vast sums of money to be a leader.

I ordered a iphone 8. Condition was very good. I orderd this on friday recived it the following monday. I was shocked to see how goo the phone was no a single mark on it battery capacity was 99% not a thing wrong with it and had it bout 2 weeks now amazing phone to say it’s refurbished its like i just bought it from the apple shop Thank you for my order will defo order again if need be. Price all together was £169.90
