Really, I just wanted a refurbished phone so I went online. Amazing but true, almost the first mobile phone I saw was this HTC one M7 32 GB refurbished, for £100. The phone was being sold through Back Market, who I had never heard of before. Now, I thought back to almost two years ago and remembered HTC releasing this phone, and I hadn't been able to afford one...until now!. Yeah, believe me I snapped it up. What this phone can do is amazing!. Well made and reliable, my overall experience is wonderful!. I had no problem with the company/seller, the phone arrived in perfect condition within two days. Good quality - but for an 82 year old, pretty difficult to learn. The brain memory is the culprit but hey ho, onward and upward.

Phone arrived in excellent condition, as new as described. Very happy with the purchase. I would like to make one suggestion, how about including a screen protector as a freebie? There is a protector there for the packaging but one for everyday use would be a nice touch.

I was looking forward to receiving the Samsung s7 it is brilliant condition and everything included, the only disappointment was the instructions were in spanish which meant i had to go online to find instructions, another downside was i didnt find out until it was to late if you put a pin on it a reset will not delete it I found it was to technical with so many apps to contend with, so i have decided its not for me so will be selling on if i can find a way to delete the pin Despite my inability to get on with it, if your in the market for one given the condition i would reccomend this seller

It is a very solid phone very easy to use great for older people wanting a more up market phone. The lady it was ought for is in her 90s and nearly blind she gets on with the phone very well

Good service, bought 2 iphone 7 for my twins.. Two came through (both quickly), one had a nicer packaging than the other.. but then again it was more expensive ;-). So would recommend the service.

Description was mint but there was a slight scuff in the corner. The phone operated as new. Camera lens had no scratches. Battery life is operating like a 1 year old battery, giving me days usage before reaching 20%. very happy with the delivery time and packaging. Came with charger and earplugs. usb cable was incorrect, sending me a usb micro not a usb c.
