I was sceptical about buying refurbished but with so many good reviews I gave it a try. So glad I did it. I bought iPhone 8 plus for my daughter .It is in excellent condition & have had no problems and quick delivery. Will definitely use this website again.

This was new to me buying a reconditioned mobile. But it’s the best decision I could have made when replacing my old iPhone. I ordered the iPhone XR in black and it is in immaculate condition. Couldn’t knock the delivery service as it arrived the next day. I also purchased a case and screen protectors these arrived within three days. The company kept me updated on my purchase via email. All round excellent service. Will definitely be using again.

Really delighted with my new phone. Never purchased refurbished before but certainly will be as from now on. Was easy to purchase and was kept up to date as to what was happening and phone arrived in a couple of days. Came with 30 day return if not happy with it plus a 12 month guarantee.

IPhone 11. I think you are always sceptical when buying a used phone but I was seriously surprised. The service was brilliant it all arrived on time as promised…..I couldn’t wait to open the box and WOW! Amazing phone looks just like new and so far it’s behaving like a new phone. I will certainly do this again when looking for another phone…thank you to you guys at backmarket.

After 16 days the phone is getting hot when using the apps. The screen goes black. The app closes down and takes you back to the Home Screen. Not good at all. This will be the second phone I have had to send back because of issues with the functionality. You pay a QA fee which ensures extensive testing and other quality measures are carried out by your hand picked refurbishes on the item you sold me. Please explain what these extensive tests and other quality measures are above and beyond what the refurbishes do already.

The phone is amazing came when you said it would thank you, no seen marks on it fabulous condition, easy to change over from my old phone to my new one with no problems what more can i say more than pleased with it.

When I ordered the iPhone 8 max I chose the one that said it was in good condition. I wasn’t sure what I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised when it came looking in perfect condition.
