I have wanted a Samsung Galaxy Flip for ages. I don't need the latest version of a phone so I was happy to opt the Flip phone 4. I am very pleased. The phone looks brand new, the screen is amazing. If I used my phone more I would be concerned about the length of battery charge but for me it is fine.

I reviewed other websites as this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone. I kept coming back to BackMarket and so glad I did. Website was so easy and helpful and I like the humour too. Phone is great. I would totally recommend. Oh and I got trade in payment too. Bonus dudes!

Perfect , best phone for me , after running over my last 1 , I replaced like for like , at a good price and quickly .

Phone is OK for basic functions, text and phone calls etc but most apps like YouTube, Facebook , WhatsApp are not compatible with the device apparently. Storage was used up instantly despite showing nothing using or currently stored. can only keep one app running or phone will freeze, lag , turn off etc. Will do the job till can afford new phone tho get what u pay for.

After I lost my phone (put it on the roof of the car and forgot! Idiot!) I wasn't expecting to receive such a good quality replacement with all of the associated items. I was expecting ultimately to have to buy a new one. It was a very nice surprise as the replacement is virtually brand new, or at least you wouldn't know the difference. I would definitely recommend and again use 'Back Market' if I have a future need,

Not sure if I should leave definitive opinion yet. But after few weeks I'm really happy. Condition of the phone was better than I expected. And at the moment there's no hardware isuess. Will use your services in the future.
