    I have wanted a Samsung Galaxy Flip for ages. I don't need the latest version of a phone so I was happy to opt the Flip phone 4. I am very pleased. The phone looks brand new, the screen is amazing. If I used my phone more I would be concerned about the length of battery charge but for me it is fine.

    Meh. I can't complain too much having paid £50 for this. You get what you paid for but geez, is this thing useless. Have fun staring at your blank screen for 10+ minutes while it tries to do anything. It's pretty bad at work too where my coworkers can't reach me because accepting a phone call is difficult for this device. It... works, I guess. You get what you pay for.

    After I lost my phone (put it on the roof of the car and forgot! Idiot!) I wasn't expecting to receive such a good quality replacement with all of the associated items. I was expecting ultimately to have to buy a new one. It was a very nice surprise as the replacement is virtually brand new, or at least you wouldn't know the difference.
