Order: Samsung Galaxy 256Gb handset. 2nd May Received: 10th May, Samsung Galaxy S9 64Gb handset. Yes, there was a national Bank Holiday at the time of ordering, but after an extended wait for delivery, to receive a device with 1/4 of the storage capacity than paid for (with NO explaination) was beyond disappointing. Incorrect item has since been returned to seller; and again, I am left waiting for a response, refund, acknowledgement, etc. Don't think I'll be using this service again; have been very put-off by this experience.

Ordered a dual sim nokia and received a single sim instead not happy as I spend a lot of time abroad,try to reach them on line but always get we are having connection issues please try later,would I recommend them not sure also supposed to have charger did not ar

This phone shuts itself down after charging , obviously faulty! The back of it is covered in sticky residue from being stuck to a surface. It also had no charging lead which the description said would be included!

I am struggling to understand how you take payment then nothing happens. I have to chase and then you decided to refund without even communicating with me. No communication and unfortunately a lack of service to a returning customer. Disappointing.
