The second time I have bought through Back market and again very pleased with the quality and specification. Exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price of a new laptop. It looks new, I'm impressed.

The machine is excellent, it works well, much faster than my old machine. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. My only negative is that it isn't Windows 11 compatible, which should have been made clear before I purchased, I am not too concerned about this however.

I got my HP laptop looking almost new if not new and got upgraded at no additional cost as a gift. it is working well, charges well, food battery life and durable. I recommend this to anyone looking to get a laptop. and not to forget delivery was really fast

Very pleased. Entirely fit for its purpose that is light weight device, powerful enough for good wi-fi and using MS apps.

Exactly as described and great delivery

I order it as excellent as i thought it will be in best condition but when I revieved it found that there is a small scratch in the screen and the back of the body is not in the best condition,, i felt like I order fair or good not best.. And one day the screen was closing and opening in weird way. I am not happy with the laptop and won't be able to return it at the moment as I have an exam but after it for sure I will just return it.
