The second time I have bought through Back market and again very pleased with the quality and specification. Exactly what I wanted at a fraction of the price of a new laptop. It looks new, I'm impressed.

The machine is excellent, it works well, much faster than my old machine. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. My only negative is that it isn't Windows 11 compatible, which should have been made clear before I purchased, I am not too concerned about this however.

I got my HP laptop looking almost new if not new and got upgraded at no additional cost as a gift. it is working well, charges well, food battery life and durable. I recommend this to anyone looking to get a laptop. and not to forget delivery was really fast

I am very happy with this device, the condition isn't exactly excellent as it is quite scratched & has a deep scratch on the side.

Pity it had to be returned it obviously was not tested properly before sending. Now returned promptly it is working fine. overall not a good experience being my first purchase from Back Market!
