Super happy with my phone. I bought one in ‘good’ condition, but it looked brand new, it didn’t have one blemish on it anywhere. It works perfectly and was delivered very fast. I wanted an iphone to take better photos and this phone has not disappointed, it’s brilliant. I would use Back Market again if I ever wanted to upgrade and I highly recommend them, thank you for a great service.

Second phone I purchased after an initial issue with the first- great customer service in resolving the issue hence I didn’t hesitate to purchase a replacement. Fast, responsive customer service. Great phones at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

Phone is better than expected. It's an S9 but came with Android 10 very pleased about that. Before I swapped my Sim into the phone I spent many days going through settings disabling lots of Apps and battery saving actions, enabling battery saving mode is not enough, had to go into every app to disable background usage. It was a week well spent as the phone is now sweet. That was not a Backmarket issue it is just the way Android is, I go two days between charges now. I will recommend friends to Backmarket if the opportunity arises.

The mouse works well and connects easily, so no issues with functionality. However, I wasn't aware of the heart design, which feels a bit feminine for my taste. It would be great if there were more style options available

the wireless mouse arrived when specified, it was easy to set up, linked to my laptop easily and works great.

Only as tall as the thickness of my belt but I have never heard anything so good, so loud and yet so small. My flatmates refused to believe it came from that.
