Second phone I purchased after an initial issue with the first- great customer service in resolving the issue hence I didn’t hesitate to purchase a replacement. Fast, responsive customer service. Great phones at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

Phone is better than expected. It's an S9 but came with Android 10 very pleased about that. Before I swapped my Sim into the phone I spent many days going through settings disabling lots of Apps and battery saving actions, enabling battery saving mode is not enough, had to go into every app to disable background usage. It was a week well spent as the phone is now sweet. That was not a Backmarket issue it is just the way Android is, I go two days between charges now. I will recommend friends to Backmarket if the opportunity arises.

The mouse works well and connects easily, so no issues with functionality. However, I wasn't aware of the heart design, which feels a bit feminine for my taste. It would be great if there were more style options available

Phone arrived quickly. Went for good condition phone and was really pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Everything was easy to set up and is all working well - love it. This is definitely the way forward and I will be back when I need to update the next time.

the wireless mouse arrived when specified, it was easy to set up, linked to my laptop easily and works great.

Fabulous wireless mouse. I keep forgetting it is wireless as I am not use to it. Looks brand new and very easy, light and comfortable to use.
