I ordered A Samsung Galaxy A54 5g refurbished. In "excellent condition". To me the phone looks brand new in the original packaging. I saved over £150. My only small gripe is that the sim no. In settings shows a different number which I can't change.

Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.

In regard to this order I am completely satisfied. I love the phone. The phone came quickly. It even arrived in it's original box, which was a surprise. The refurbisher did a good job here. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

This phone feels in great condition! It's fast, responsive, has a good battery life and great camera! I chose to buy a refurbished phone from Back Market because I got a laptop from here a few years ago and it's been great.
