This was my first ever purchase of a refurbished item and my expectations weren't very high, however I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of the product. To be fair I did purchase the item marked as "excellent or pristine" condition, but the phone is practically brand new at much lower price. Very happy with everything so far and will most definitely purchase from here again.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. The processes of ordering and delivery were excellent and the actual phone is exactly as advertised. There was an issue with me not getting sound on incoming messages and I resolved this by discovering Do Not Disturb was on. It took me a while to discover how to change this. My only wish (and this is not a criticism of Back Market) is that these appliances could come with separate handbooks! I find it difficult to see what the phone is capable of doing without actually having to search on the phone itself.

I bought the iPhone 12 mini last July, it had been largely a fantastic product but my negative review is more about back market as a service. The lock button stopped working in December out of nowhere, but as I was in France I was unable to use the returns and repair service to get it fixed. Since the lock button stopped working my phone has been cracked on the back. But I need to explain this before sending it off, otherwise I am confident that this crack will be blamed on the lock button not working and it won’t be covered by the warranty It’s incredibly frustrating that I’m unable to speak to anyone anywhere, over the phone or over a messaging service to get information regarding the warranty on my phone. My phone is important to me and to send it off in the post blind without any conversation or assurance is terrible customer service in my opinion. I hate to leave a negative review but can find no other means of reaching out. Dan

Everything is great just my speaker doesn’t work when I make a phone call I have to put my phone onto speaker to hear anything.

The service (speed/price/quality) is first rate. My phone arrived promptly and it was in immaculate condition. It all worked dis day then the screen started to freeze so it wouldn’t respond to any keys on the entry code. It also wouldn’t switch off. It has now recovered (has done it once more) and I am expecting to have to send it back for repair but it’s an intermittent fault. It would be great if I was able to speak with someone but my only choice on back market is send it back without explanation. Hence the 3* not 5*
