The laptop arrived nicely protected, it was true to spec and it works really well. Great service! We've been Back Market customers for years, have ordered phones, ipads and laptops, and so far have had absolutely nothing to complain about. We will keep using Back Market for our tech needs.

It's ok. Took a while sorting a few things out, and it seems to have a few quirks, but I'm managing. Not as easy as the old one though that is probably down to microsoft trying to dominate everything.

I'm happy with my first laptop purchase from Back Market. It's in great condition and works well. I've recommended it to friends and family and look forward to future purchases.

when I plug in laptop it smell of burn and it is black. I am not happy because I purchase on behalf of someone. Scared to continue uding and would like a refund when I am back home because I travelled. thsnk you

Device arrived within the time frame. Laptop was described as being in fair condition and arrived in a fair condition but 2 keys don’t work properly. No option to actually speak to anyone about issue when I finally worked out how, it was too much effort to rectify.

Great condition, works perfectly, and in all honesty, a great little laptop for the price.
