I bought a reconditioned MacBook Pro in excellent condition and I confirm that everything went very well. The computer arrived fully functional, clean, without any visible defects and with a new battery as indicated. The only thing is that the delivery was one day later than expected, but I had no particular urgency, so no problem for me. Reliable service, I recommend it!

Have no words. The laptop came with a box saying Apple official refurbished, so straight out of the box I like the honesty of the package. It doesnt want you to believe is a new product. To add more, this shop had a really cool detail putting a letter saying that the product would be cold because of the low temperatures. It advised me to wait 1 hour for room temperature and then 2 hours while charging. When I opened the box, packaging was as if it would be a new brand laptop. Could not believe me eyes when, after setting everything up, I saw that battery life is 100%, charging cicles are only 3, and I started the guarante. Mac guarante starts to run as soon as the first user set up the laptop, so I bought a brand new Macbook Pro M2pro for half the price. If you have any doubst on refurbished, I can tell you is absolutely worth it. Thanks a lot, you won a new costumer!

My 2nd refurbished MacBook Pro. Always bought new Macs, but I really like this one - partly due to the price. What I miss compared to my old laptop (v2015) are the usb inputs etc. For the rest compared to my previous MacBook, this 16" indd has a bigger screen and larger touchpad. Very nice! Delivery via Back Market was also very fast! I had my laptop within 2 days.

Several problems with this product. it is not a French azerty as described but a modified keyboard and rather badly modified because I find myself with 2 M keys on my keyboard... the charger supplied in 2 parts is not compatible because they are not the right part of the charger... I am offered 25e to buy me a charger at 80euros and for my keys in double and well too bad for me. Apart from these problems the computer is in good condition and the specs are ok, although I was a little disappointed with the service for a mac costing over 2600e, I think I won't be going back to refurbished computers for my next purchases, first and last time.

I would have liked to have been able to choose the reconditioner. I didn't see their contact details until after I'd placed the order! The computer looks as advertised. I haven't used it much so far.

First purchase of a reconditioned product. I was reluctant about the origin (Poland). I've been using it for 1 month now and it's really perfect. It's as good as new, no visible scratches (although I'm very concerned about the condition of my products, I looked at everything carefully and there were no signs of wear) for an unbeatable price. The charger supplied is not an APPLE MAGSAFE, but it can be bought, it's not a problem. As for the deadline, everything was respected. First purchase made on Back Market, I would do it again for the next ones!

Second time I have purchased a refurbished device, again via BackMarket, and second time I have been satisfied with my choice! No problems (apart from a few small, really imperceptible imperfections that do not revile the user experience), almost immaculate device, exactly what I paid for. Very satisfied, I will definitely be back to shop in the future

Easy purchase and delivery on time. Very well reconditioned, like new apart from a few traces of wear on the keys, otherwise everything is OK. The only downside is that the keyboard has some peculiarities and is not a French keyboard as I would have expected. And there's no information about that when you order (Enter key, etc.). But for this price, I highly recommend it.
