I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. Will 100% be ordering from them again soon… refurbished is the future!

I was skeptical about ordering because of the prices, I thought they were too cheap. I ordered a MacBook Air, omg it arrived and I was shocked, absolutely spotless, no single scratch on it and works perfectly well. Battery life not too good though but I’ll still rate it 8 out of a 10……

Delighted with the iPad. It is classed as ‘fair’ but so far it’s been great. Came with a protective case and screen cover. We were even given a little stylus and set of earphones. Great service. Thank you.

This is my first MacBook and I am amazed at the quality of the product as I bought the good version of it. The MacBook is old but I can’t complain as it works well even though it is a 2017 model. I was expecting excellent battery life but due to the intel chip, I can not expect much. Safe to say I am impressed by back market’s service. This is my second product from this company.

This was given as a gift. I haven’t seen it but would hope to have been told of any problems. The young man expressed his thanks and had spent time setting it up to link to his iPhone. Really good laptop. Decent battery life too. Came with a mouse and wireless headphones, which was a nice surprise.

The damage to the laptop is significant. I’ve had a few refurbished devices before and I’ve never had this. Paid £70 for fast delivery which consisted of the thinnest bubble wrap with a loose power plug inside. I needed this for when I was away so I could work and I’m now suppose to return to get it sorted. This process is exhausting and I had really high hopes buying through you.
