The iPad arrived very quickly - within a couple of days -and “excellent” quality the iPad really is. Outer casing is perfect and everything works exceptionally well. Fully charged the battery. Buying the phone was a very quick and simple process. However, the trade-in process was another thing! The trade-in envelope arrived some days after delivery of the new phone, the trade-in was despatched same day and arrived at the refurbished nearly a week later, then had to wait from Thursday to Monday to be advised trade in accepted and funds would be in my account within 6 business days! It’s a good job I wasn’t relying on the trade-in to purchase my new phone. In future I will just buy a phone and not bother with trade in.

It was well described, and I was confident in proceeding to ‘checkout’. It arrived quickly, and was easy to set up with my existing SIM card and a backup on a laptop. The phone itself looks in great condition and I have no problem with it, but I bought it for my son who uses Snapchat to talk to his mates. Unfortunately he discovered that this phone / device is banned from Snapchat and they refuse to undo that ban. We have therefore had to buy another phone for him, and my wife is using this one (as she doesn’t need Snapchat). So we don’t need to return it as she’s happy with it. But it made me wonder what the previous owner had done to so upset Snapchat that they banned not their number but the device itself!
