I have bought a reconditioned item on this site previously so was confident about returning when I wanted to upgrade my phone. I knew what sort of phone I was looking for, and setting my filters brought up a short list and I quickly found the best phone for my purposes. It was well described, and I was confident in proceeding to ‘checkout’. It arrived quickly, and was easy to set up with my existing SIM card and a backup on a laptop. In brief, good quality, good value, and good service.

This is my second iphone purchase in the past 12 months. I have been recommending Backmarket to friends as my initial purchase from them iphone 14 pro max (excellent) was in pristine condition. When I received my latest purchase it had a case fitted and screen protector. All looked good until I removed the case and I noticed that the appearance of the phone was very poor (lots of blemishes, scratches) so I returned it. So much for the 25 point quality check! Frustrating as they refunded me and the price on their website is now £100 more and I also lose out on a promo code I used at the time. I think that they should have replaced the phone with one in a condition that matched my expectations i.e. excellent. They use vendors to supply the phones so easier for them to just refund, but not great for me as it was a present for my wife who has no phone!

Back Market was recommended to me. After carefully considering the iPads and quality I opted for excellent. The iPad arrived very quickly - within a couple of days -and “excellent” quality the iPad really is. Outer casing is perfect and everything works exceptionally well. Fully charged the battery. Can’t fault it. Very pleased with my purchase and will use Back Market again in the future.

Bought the iPhone for my son for his birthday. We are absolutely delighted with the condition, looks brand new and has great battery health. It was the first time we purchased a refurbished item and will use Back Market again.

The iPhone was great! As a 90 yr 0ld I am now considered "With It!! Sadly I missed many texts due to the incoming text "Alert" sound was inoperative, My Son spent a considerable time in contact with Apple firstly USA then Cork Ireland who eventually solved the problem

Great company to by a phone from was really pleased with the service and the iPhone 12 was in perfect condition. Also a very nice touch sending me a free case and screen protector for the phone, would highly recommend using this company.

I am happy with the phone, it came quicker than I thought the only problem was I ordered a pink and green came also I had to get a new cable as the one that came with the phone was faulty. However I am pleased with it I just had to buy a new cable which wasn’t expensive anyway
