The first phone I received was not as expected- I had ordered an excellent condition device but received what was probably acceptable with lots of scratches on the screen . I was disappointed 🙁. However, I contacted customer service who were helpful, provided clear instructions on how to return the product and a replacement was sent within 24 hours. This phone is excellent and I have no complaints.🙂 I would buy from back market again as it is how responsive customer service is when there is an issue that tells me more about the company than ‘right first time’.

Device works perfectly, but the packaging was poor. Came in cardboard and thin bit of bubble wrap, Would’ve smashed if posted but received from the post man.
