I am so impressed with with service! I was very apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone off the internet, from a website I had only just heard of. But I am so glad I did! I did spend a little more because I chose an excellent quality phone. I honestly cannot tell that it wasn't brand new. And it saved me over half, or from being tied in to an expensive contract. I have told all my friends and family about BackMarket. I think this is the way forward for phone buying. My phone also came so quickly and communication has been fantastic.

I am very impressed with your excellent service from the ordering and the delivery which was easy tracked.I bought the phone for my wife as her battery on her IPhone 7 died.I was especially impressed to see that it had the 15.1 update already installed and I got the phone ready to go with the help of her iCloud account.We both now have an IPhone XR.

Bought an S10+. Spanking condition. Had some trouble transferring data from old phone but that was down to dodgy Samsung transfer App. As production of S10+ is 2 years old Samsung Internet has requested version after version of updates. Persevere, it will catch and you will be left with a great phone at a fraction of the cost. Its like buying a 2 year old car, not new, but great value as the original owner fronts the drop in value. Great for the environment too... winner!

My Grandson loves his new phone and has used it for some time now since Christmas 🎄 we are now trying out the insurance that I took out in case of accidents this has got to be used after a small knock left it with a cracked screen. I’m sure that there will be no problems like with the rest of backmarket services Keep up the good work Dave

First time spending this much on a phone. And i can honestly say,ill definitely be buying from her3 again! Never been so happy to get a phone! Literally couldnt tell the difference between a brand new sealed in the box phone and this phone. So so happy with my new phone.

I ordered a iPhone 11 excellent condition (although this review classifies it as very good) and it arrived with a number of issues (cursor kept skipping to next line in messages, I sounded muffled in calls, a dim torch and 80 something battery). Seller and back market customer service were excellent and I returned the phone for a full refund. Still, this was obviously a hassle. I reordered with back market and was lucky second time round with an absolutely perfect phone.

Bought an iPhone 11 in good condition. Had a few micro scratches on the screen and sides but adding a case and screen protector made them invisible. The battery came at 97% which was great, easily the best value iPhone 11 I could find online. Extremely pleased and will definitely purchase from BackMarket in the future.

I am shocked. Its a new phone! Nothing but some dust in the speaker and microphone but that was an easy clean! For the price I paid I am very happy with the phone, it works, does the job. What's the point buying a new phone when you get such good quality for a pre-owned one. I will definitely use Back Market again!
