The phone was in excellent condition and arrived very promptly. However, I was dubious about the fact it was sold as being Android (Passports being Blackberry) and queried it by chat before I bought. It was checked up and I was told it definitely was, so bought it. I did not expect it to have a strange keyboard (?French) with the Z and Y in the wrong order. It is not of course and sadly, Android but BackMarket behaved impeccably, sending me a returns label. I would buy from them again.

Product was as described, no issues there. My issue is that I ordered them and there was no mention that they needed to be signed for upon delivery, had I been told this I would have made the necessary arrangements as I was due to be out of the country for a week. I live in a very secluded property where the items could have been left safe and dry and I would have arranged for someone to come and put them inside the house once delivered. I received an email 2 days into my 7 day trip stating that delivery had failed due to nobody being home to sign for the delivery. I immediately emailed Back Market to ask about this and resolving this and guess what, no response whatsoever, even now there has been no response over 2 weeks later. Appalling service.

I picked up the Playstation in satisfactory condition and it's as good as new, no stains, packed in a Playstation box, only the controller has a tiny little flaw that you can feel when you touch it, a snag on the right controller. I'm delighted with my purchase, it doesn't make any more noise than that, the blue ray works very well, and so do the games (fortunately). Everything is really perfect, thank you Backmarket!

I ordered the Xiaomi 14 Pro in very good condition and am more than satisfied. The mobile phone was visually without a scratch, which I hadn't really expected, as traces of use could be present in "very good" condition. There was no original box and no original charging cable, but there was nothing wrong with the box for shipping and the charging cable! I immediately recommended Back Market to friends, who have now also placed orders, and I would definitely order my next mobile phone there again.

This was my first purchase on back market, (made in October 2022, yes I'm a bit late on my reviews...), EC Quimper prepared a top reconditioning, an iPhone 12 Pro 256go, which was delivered in my case with an original box and a battery replaced a priori because close to 100% when it arrived (a year and a half later the battery is fine). Thanks again for the care you took with my order.

Beautiful and complete camera, hardly distinguishable from new. Only 1 flaw: locking pawl to secure battery against falling out after opening battery door is broken off/not present

Phone corresponds perfectly to the description. Very happy with this purchase. The simplicity of the site and the fact that the phone arrived in the expected condition are really appreciated. As a result, I'll be going back with confidence next time.

The Smart Watch 2 is nice and light and feels good 👍. The watch works perfectly and there has already been an update to WearOs 4. The only criticism is the battery life. Only lasts 1.5 days. I'm happy with the watch and thank you for the good review.

I found it good, but I'm just starting out, so for those who are starting out I highly recommend it. I had a problem with the card but I reported it and they were very quick to solve the problem. I highly recommend them!

Very good, camera in good condition. The only negative was that it was a bit dirty, particularly around the photo lenses where there were brownish deposits which I had to clean. Once clean, the phone was in excellent condition, as expected.
