The phone was mint condition. But had problems with delivery. The customer service from the seller was terrible. They took about 4 days to reply,there is no number you can ring,Bakmarkt don't have an email address,I could find anyway.. You need to be more available to your customers.. I doubt I will use them again after this experience

Great service. Really quick. Very pleased with the phone. Went for a "good" condition model and it was flawless - good as new.

It’s a super phone - quick and high quality and whilst it’s the older design it’s got great specs, chip, camera etc.

Quality is excellent but I am finding it rather cumbersome having upgraded from a conventional mobile. Everything seems to take longer but that is likely due to my age (74), large fingers and no buttons.That said it is a good piece of kit and I am sure I will get the hang of it with help from my juniors. Good value for money.

Had a problem with battery.. instantly responded to my message and replaces the battery.. excellent service. This is my 2nd phone with Backmarket and I’m an extremely happy customer

Ordered an ‘excellent’ - got a ‘good’ quality instead, slightly disappointing for my daughter but very quick to resolve and offer refund for the difference, although again made a mistake with the amount - however as the responses are so rapid it goes a long way in avoiding lengthy back and forth, the phone itself is great, daughter loves it even with the scratches so happ days.

Excellent value for money. The phone was like new and so easy to download all my personal stuff from my old iPhone se. It’s early days to say if it’s problem free but so far, I’m very pleased and glad I used Backmarket to purchase my replacement phone.
