Excellent condition,delivery by DHL kept me waiting in all day & evening for nothing, (they could have texted me), the phone is good, only small gripe it didn't include the tool for opening the sim-card tray. I'm happy with it, thanks.

this was an upgrade from my iphone 6 and i am very impressed - camera quality is horrific it never focuses😐, sound is great only issue is i got this in mint condition however the battery capacity is at only 97%, not a big deal tho as the battery is still 10 times better than the one i had with my iphone 6, despite it being at 100% capacity - honestly didn’t know how much of a luxury it was to be able to use your phone at 1% and not have it lag or bug out :))) sometimes the screen doesn’t respond a bit when i type, but that might be because i’m a fast typer and i press th screen quite softly. only other issue was the delivery, was supposed to come in 48 hours but actually came 4/5 days later but it wasn’t really a big deal,, all in all very happy with this phone!!

Have bought reconditioned phones before with no issues, but not the case this time. Ordered on 12 Sept and phone was delivered within 2 days. On first appearance it looked in great condition, switched on fine but would not recognise my new payg sim. Went to the o2shop who tested the sim and advised the problem was with the phone itself. Contacted the seller who was very polite and tried sending ideas on how we might fix it, to no avail. They then sent a return label (which I had to wait 3 days for being the weekend) with a return address in France! I packaged the phone and dropped it at a DHL collection point, only to then get a call the following day from DHL saying they couldn't accept it as an invoice hadn't been supplied with it and they wanted to send it back to me. I explained I had followed the instructions and printed the label provided, in the end a helpfulady at the DHL warehouse completed the required invoice over the phone with me. I got no further contact from the seller and chased myself as the terms state they have 3 days to repair/replace. Following 2 chase ups to the seller I got an email from backmarket saying it was not repairable would I like a replacement, I said yes could they please process ASAP. Then got another email the next day saying no replacement available and a refund will take 5 days. Meanwhile have a teen without a phone for almost a month. Very disappointed with the product and service, will go back to CEX and start all over . I do not recommend this site.
