Good value for money, works perfectly. This is my 1st refurbished PC, at first the keyboard with some keys covered by a sticker with the letter and not others it's weird, but it is quickly forgotten. And as always with BM: fast and careful delivery.

So the computer looks super functional. The keys have been changed and replaced by keys with no letters on them, only stickers with the letters, which prevents the keyboard from being properly backlit. Also the battery seems very, very limited. I can't change the brightness with my keyboard, and lots of other little things. In conclusion, it's in refurbished condition, and the way I'll be using it means I can keep it that way. It looks nice, and seems to run fairly quickly, so I'll be happy with it. Next purchase, a MacBook Pro which I hope will still have fewer problems 😅

All in all, very happy with the purchase and surprised at the good quality! Full review after 2 weeks of use Condition: I bought the computer in "perfect condition" for €360. I didn't see any scratches, dents or stains. Very surprised by the good condition of the device. Some reviews say that there is some kind of sticker on the keyboard. This is not my case, the keyboard is just like the original and works very well. I had to download the correct keyboard driver from the internet to get the brightness button to work, but that's not a build problem, and can be sorted out with a bit of fiddling on the net. Power: very pleased with the power. I haven't calculated whether it corresponds exactly to the power indicated, but it opens programmes quickly. It's not a gaming computer (no graphics card), but I've tested it on simple games and I can run league of legends in full quality without any problems. Battery: The battery isn't the longest I've seen, it lasts about 2 hours. Not a problem of the refurbished but of the model itself. I think the high performance reduces the battery time (compromise). I think it's still OK. Sound: I had read that the sound quality of the computer was ...

The product is impeccable and arrived earlier than expected. On the other hand, the only downside is linked to the SSD memory: on the website it says that it has 512GB SSD whereas it has 476GB. In itself, this isn't a problem for me, but there may be a few inconsistencies on this point. This is the first time I've ordered a refurb and I'm pleasantly surprised!

The laptop is in perfect condition and works better tan my old laptop when new. Shame it's Windows 10 and I have found out cannot be upgraded to Windows 11, but at the price it was I can put up with that.

I had a small delay at the beginning but the excellent customer service quickly sorted it out for me. I bought the laptop in a very good condition and I can vouch for that. It has just a couple of scratches on the bottom where the legs rest and the backlit keyboard is flawed in some areas but I consider that a minor issue as it works superbly and the battery life is very good. It comes with windows pro installed and boots up very quickly. Very happy with the quality/price ratio of the equipment. I will definitely buy again as the savings are very considerable.

It supports Ununtu well, but the keyboard stickers to turn it into an 'azerty' keyboard don't look very good, especially with the backlighting. But overall, it does the job and I'm happy with it.

I received my refurbished computer and it works properly, so I'm generally satisfied with it, despite some small surprises. It was marked as new, but there are small bumps on the cover and if you look at it from the right angle, you can see that the computer is slightly bent. It didn't quite deserve to be marked as new. What's more, it's not an original QWERTY keyboard; labels have been stuck over some of the keys. The backlight for these keys is therefore useless... This detail was not mentioned on the product sheet.

The PC is compliant with only one visible scratch and is in very good working order. The only complaint is that some keys have been labelled to convert the QWERTY keyboard to AZERTY.
