The phone was delivered in as new condition with all accessories. The service from Backmarket was excellent from ordering through follow up communications and delivery. Would highly recommend Backmarket.

Quality was amazing it’s literally like a new phone that someone used for a week and changed their mind. Battery health was really good too about 85% capacity. Only one scuff on side but so tiny. Delivery was fast too. Very pleased will definitely come back to this seller again in the future.

The product was generally fine, for a great price. It had some scratches on the back (definitely visible over 20cm distance) so it shouldn't have been placed in the mint condition, but aside of that the look was great (and didn't bother me almost at all), the display was at fault though, as it seemed like it wasn't glued (heated) properly on replacing - on the top part there was a gap which could fit my nail, after mentioning that - the seller proposed repairs which I agreed on. Upon receiving the item, I was simply informed that I'll get a refund (without checking with me), because they couldn't find the problem (which I had to ask about, because the only thing I've got informed about was that I'm getting a refund, after sending for repairs) In the end, it's a good price for a good phone, the customer service team was very responsive and nice, but the decisional team was pretty bad, issuing a refund without my consent, because I'd rather keep the phone in the end (which I couldn't do even though I asked to do so, but a refund was issued already so it was impossible, and they couldn't let me buy it again), as that fault would only affect it's water /dust protection (which I'm not planning on checking). Also the charging set wasn't full, only the USB was sent, the socket was missing, I've got a partial refund for that, although I'm not sure if I would without the unpacking video, as in their system it was marked as sent.

Avoid Back Market at all costs. Ordered a phone and it arrived and was completely broken. Have spent hours trying to get it sorted - Service was and is terrible. They were unhelpfully kept using the third party supplier as an excuse. 2 weeks later I still haven't got my refund.

Very happy. Phone arrived in great condition, the next day. The battery was about 85% but thats ok. The only thing I was disappointed with was that it said it would come with a charger but no charger came with it so that was a big shame.

Packaging was not good. Came with nothing but the phone. Phone gets very hot when charging, which makes me think the battery might not last too long.

Apart from not arriving in a flash box there’s no way I could tell the phone wasn’t new.
