I’ve always wanted an Apple Watch and am very happy indeed with my choice. It’s exactly as I requested and having real fun finding out what I can do with it. iPad Pro arrived as described in good time. You do have your doubts about buying refurbished items and sending quite a lot of money for something you haven’t fiscally seen but the device is all I hoped for thank you Back Market. I will be recommending you to family and friends.

I received my Apple Watch series 9 within 24hrs of ordering . It was packed well, in original packaging. It’s looks soo new to me. I’m over the moon.

New iPad is in perfect condition, just as it was described on the site. Trading in my old iPad was very easy & I got back exactly the money I expected. The whole process, buying, trading in, couldn't have been any easier, or any smoother - totally trouble free.

I was in the market for a tablet and was about to buy new, but during my research I came across Back Market. 12 months warranty, 30 days to change my mind, free shipping... I figured I'd give it a try. When it arrived and I opened the box I was expecting to find the tablet in a plain generic box, but to my surprise it was in it's original packing and it looked brand new! it even still had the clear plastic stickers around the edge of the tablet. The S Pen and charging cable were also in the box. The tablet works great, and honestly sometimes I forget that it's refurbished. It just feels like a bought a new tablet. The only thing that annoyed my is that they sent my a discount coupon to use on my first purchase AFTER I made the purchase! So I could have gotten it even cheaper!, I did email to ask if I could get the difference back but I didn't get a reply. Hopefully they're better at replying if I ever need to contact them about an issue (but hopefully I won't need to).

I am a long time Sony fan and very much wanted an Xperia 1 V because it is the last of the line to be made with gorilla glass. I knew I would love the phone but the one that was delivered was in much better condition than I expected and it arrived much faster than I thought. so thank you very much, Back Market.

cannot fault the price and such a quick delivery two days before the estimated delivery date my wife is really pleased with the phone and was quickly back on her phone we told everyone about the great asset your company is we will be buying more and tell our family and friends thank you.

My experience with Back Market has been 5star! From ease of use, to availability of flexible payment options, fast shipping and then when I received my device, it was in an excellent condition.
