AMAZING PHONE!!! I got a black pixel 8A for £299 and it is AWESOME. I got standard shipping and it arrived two days after I ordered it. The package was VERY secure and safe, I chose "good" quality and the phone is absolutely spotless. Thank you back market! I searched up which was the most trustworthy refurbished phone website and this one checked all the marks. Couldn't thank you guys more for this very lovely phone. This is the second time that I have bought and sold a phone on Back Market. My aim in doing so is to reduce my carbon footprint and recycling does this. I have always found Back Market a very slick operation, their customer service is superlative, and the trade in facility easy to use and effective, payment usually follows 8 days after the condition of the trade in is verified. I have no hesitation recommending buying a refurbished telephone from Back Market as both experiences I have had have been superb.

This is the first time purchasing with trading in my old mobile phone. The whole process was straightforward, Back Market supplies the return envelopes/packaging to return trade in item. Back Market kept me updated with every step of the way throughout the transaction. I prefer Samsung phones and I’m enjoying using my new to me A55. My only quibble is android auto app seems to be intermittently working, which is annoying. However A55 is otherwise working well. I would recommend purchasing from Back Market-Great that tech can have another lease of life!

Very pleased with the phone and the delivery. It was very clean and IMHO in *excellent* condition. It's taken me a week to get my data organised - I was downsizing from a Galaxy S10+ with 512 GB of storage plus a 128 GB SD card. The transfer was well managed and pain free apart from logging in my large number of Apps. I'm now getting used to the faster speeds and the smaller screen but overall it is a very easy phone to use. I bought the original Google Pixel case , a bit more pricey but fits like a glove and is very smart.

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍
