Really happy with my earbuds. It was my first time using Back Market and it was a great experience. Buds are perfect, exactly as described and I saved myself a fair few quid instead of buying new. Cheers.

I’m really disappointed with the service. I ordered Sony WF-C500 earbuds, but I only received the earbuds without any accessories like the charging cable or extra ear tips. I raised a complaint, and they said they would send the missing items, but it’s been more than 10 days and there has been no response or update. The lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is very frustrating.

Laptop looks and works as advertised. Really recommend the seller for transparency on the condition and performance of the laptop. The laptop did not come with original box, but that's okay as it nicely packaged with all the accessories mentioned in the order. Buying a the end of 2024, these 2019 laptops are still well built, functional, and snappy. :)

The sound quality is an improvement from my last ones. They have been comfortable so far (about 3 hours of listening). The case, however came in what I would say is 'fair' quality and not good. There were too many scratches and gouges in the case for it to be 'Good'. It did not come with a charging cable or other earbud pieces. so I will have to buy more which feels like the antithesis of the Backmarket ethos.

I love it but did not realise it had no HDMI port when ordering. I can always get a connector though

DISGUSTING, DIRTY AND DAMAGED. Waited 5 days for my sony earbuds WF-1000XM5 to arrive. Have a flight the day after and exited to get them and go but I received them damaged and dirtyyyy. HOW CAN YOU NOT BOTHER YOURSELF TO CLEAN A PRODUCT YOU WANT TO SELL ??? maaaaad!!!!
