Was hesitant to buy this phone as the price seemed too good to be true. I decided to trust the reviews and I was not disappointed. Ordered a Samsung S20 FE in excellent condition and that is exactly what I got. The phone was a few hundred pounds cheaper than buying brand new and you would not be able to tell this phone was refurbished. It looks incredible and works flawlessly. Thank you very much for the phone and I will buy my next one from these again.

Very prompt delivery, nicely packaged - Handset is in excellent and perfect condition - looks brand new. Good battery life. The second handset purchased within a couple of months.... the first got drowned and the downside of refurbished is they are not waterproof!!

I was so surprised at just how new this phone looks. The quality was absolutely superb. It looks and feels like a new phone and I couldn't of been happier. No problem with with the delivery, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Big thanks to everyone at back market.

Bought a iPhone SE in fair condition and am amazed that the condition is actually excellent! No scratches or marks on it! 😁 Quick delivery and great communication from back market. Would highly recommend.

Only one problem. The quality of the product is great, delivery was great, price was great. Excellent condition as described, despite it being an older phone (8+). But (and I’m not sure whether I’m over-expecting here which is why still gave 5 stars), I had to spend a long time updating the OS because the one it had on it was not up-to-date enough to perform backup transfers from my old phone. All good besides. 👍

I just need a phone & what's app, that's all. I don't take "selfies" or take photos of food: just a phone & what's app. Something positive: the battery life is much better that my old phone. ;-)
