Bought the iPhone XR in the mint condition for my dad a bit of a upgrade for him and absolutely loves it no fault whatsoever couldn’t go wrong in purchasing this from the Back Market would recommend to anyone buying a refurbished phone at a affordable price.

The quality of the phone was excellent, as described, very happy with that. The Samsung Galaxy A72 phone itself is great, which I was already aware of, as my son has the same phone. I am not 100% happy with the seller, Cell Crazy. The phone I received was of Mexican origin I assume, as it had the telcel network installed. Also there were a number of Spanish apps on the phone and the keyboard was set to Spanish language. As I was clearly a UK customer, I would have expected the fully refurbished phone to be set up as a UK phone. Fortunately my son was able to reset all of the Spanish items and delete unwanted Spanish apps. So very happy with Back Market, but wouldn’t buy a phone from this seller again.

First time buying a refurbished phone. Was looking for as close to new as possible - Mate 20 Pro- this definitely hit the mark. Nigh on pristine. Would recommend this site to anyone. As hap as can be.

Arrived early with good communication from Backmarket. Excellent quality not a mark and good battery - really everything as promised… Second phone purchased from which I wouldn’t have done if they didn’t do what they promised.

After reading some negative customer reviews on the poor condition of their phones I dreaded opening up the box. The phone was new in condition and it also included a brand new charger, something that is no longer included, with lead and earphones. It was only the box they came in that showed wear! So I received last years flagship model for a 1/3rd of the price and it has expandable memory,( on top of the internal 256gb), with SD card something that is not possible with the S21. Very pleased with the deal.

Delivered super fast. I got this phone near Christmas and was afraid it would take some time to arrive but it got here the next day. The phone is great, in amazing condition. The battery lasts over 24h and came with a case. I'm really happy with the purchase

I am very happy with the quality of the refurbished S10 phone from Back Market. The service and delivery was excellent.

Very pleased with my phone. The whole process was seamless from order to delivery. The phone arrived in mint condition as promised. Unfortunately my refurbished iPhone only lasted until May, less than 4 months. Phone would ring but not accept calls, calling from the phone was the same. Very disappointed, will not be buying refurbished again.

You wouldn’t know this iPad was not brand new. Everything works as it should, it’s in as new condition. Very happy.
