Excellent product, really like new the refurbished one offered by Black Market. The only flaw, but really of all the a7rIII machines, is the impossibility to archive video files in series, as it does for photos, so the video files each time the card is formatted start writing the numbering all over again, from 1. This in the long run generates many files with the same name and a lot of confusion in the archives as well as problems of overwriting files. But this is a problem of the Sony manufacturer. Black Market's service on the other hand is really excellent. I bought a refurbished one at a very good price and it's as good as new. Highly recommended!

The Bose loudspeaker really does the job I was waiting for, boosting the power of the highs on the bar I already had, bass and, above all, superb overall sound quality for watching all types of programme. However, it's a pain to install via the application

It was the first time I bought from Back Market and also with the after-sales experience. I bought this phone on a Friday and it arrived on Monday, from France, when it was supposed to take more than a week. So the delivery was very fast. I bought the phone in "very good" condition, there were no marks on the back or anything. There were two small and imperceptible scratches on the screen and the battery was at 87%, so it was good. I tested it and it was perfect. Finally I returned the phone the same day it was delivered as I was not interested, I prefer to have Android (what can we do haha). I sent the package on Thursday and on Monday they received it and notified me of the refund, the bank confirmed that it would take a few days to receive it. I didn't have to pay anything extra. My experience has been good from the beginning to the after sales service.

Quite happy with the condition of the Mac, which was what I wanted (like new), just the fingerprints on the screen and on the computer in general, it's a shame! It smells like it's been repaired and sent straight back in an old, low-quality cardboard box. It's a shame because at this price, a nice little package would make the purchase so much more classy.

An excellent, state-of-the-art product that's great to use. I would recommend a mouse with it as the track pad is really small. The only problem was the packaging, the computer was not really protected during transport, a miracle that it is nothing.

Product in original packaging. Very clean condition and works great! The only minor minuses were the stains on the original packaging (perhaps from the previous owner) and a slightly odd smell in the unit itself. I don't mind though, as it will certainly fade with time. Plus was the tasseled joycon caps!! <3 I recommend!

Very disappointing purchase. When you buy a refurbished device, you expect it to be in the same condition as a new one, even if it has already been used. The device was sent as is, in a plain cardboard box, without any of the original packaging, without a user manual, without even a single connection cable, which had to be purchased elsewhere. Although the device was said to be in very good condition, there were significant signs of wear, particularly on the buttons. What's more, less than three months after the first use (fortunately it was working fine), the device switched off (no batteries) and did not restart after replacing them with new ones. Waiting for the warranty to be returned to complete this review...

The phone is in very good condition, but I'd take off one star because the delivery was catastrophic. I wouldn't recommend Chronopost at all - they're incompetent, otherwise it's fine - I was able to pick up the parcel after a nine-day delay.
