The phone arrived quickly and is almost new. Back market never disappoints. My whole family got their mobile phones from Back market and do not see us going back to buying new phones and paying fortunes for them.

Buyer beware! The iPhone 12 I purchased suffered a cracked screen a few weeks later. I assumed it was my fault, though without any obvious drop or impact, and took it to a local repair centre. They said the phone didn't have a genuine Apple screen, but a very cheap third party one, and weren't surprised it had broken. I contacted Back Market who washed their hands of the matter and said they don't guarantee any parts are genuine, and that my warranty was void because I repaired it without telling them. So beware - the products might not contain genuine parts and you have no protection.
