So far everything seems to be fine, just as I described the condition of the phone. Battery health is at 94% and no scratches or anything that seems to be wrong and I insist with "seems" because they had to refund me the money from another mobile I bought previously (iPhone 8) because it also seemed that everything was fine but suddenly one day (soon after) the battery swelled and after going again and again to an Apple store to diagnose the problem (which I thought was the warranty that was in charge of going to get the mobile). time and time again to an Apple shop to get the problem diagnosed (I thought it was the warranty that was responsible for going to get the phone repaired) finally they saw that the battery was not original and was stuck to the phone (there was no possibility of repair they told me) and finally after almost 2 months they reimbursed me the money. I have an iPod and two iPhones, so far one has gone wrong. I hope it doesn't happen again, it would be a disappointment. I'll be counting on this iPhone 11.

The mobile itself works perfectly, BUT, should put real photos of the state of the terminal. I bought it as excellent and it has a scratch from top to bottom of the screen and some more, and it bothers a lot. I doubt I will buy here again if it is not with real photos.

This is my second purchase on the site, both went very well, fast dispatch and equipment in excellent condition. In the case of this mobile phone, I only have to point to the battery, which has a short lifespan, a problem that I will have to solve in the meantime, apart from this issue, nothing else to point to. I'm sure I'll continue to be your customer

This is my first refurbished phone, and I'm totally happy with it you wouldn't (apart from the batery being a little bit bad) tell it's not new. Nothing bad to say, just totally happy with it.

perfect condition and works very well despite having chosen a "correct" model, however the software version is not French which prevents me from accessing certain classic and rather essential applications such as Samsung pay / wallet. So disappointed despite the very good condition of the model.

I was a little worried about the delivery system, which was new to me, but frankly, to my great surprise, everything went really well. Communication was great and the telephone was in good condition.

The phone is in great condition. Honestly I would have been happy with something with a few more scratches or dings. But in this case, apart from a slight little ding on the camera, nothing at all! The phone works perfectly and the battery is in very good condition. Top!

I am finally satisfied with a phone, after several unsuccessful attempts, I finally have a phone in perfect condition. Fast delivery. The phone is in perfect condition as advertised. No scratches. The camera works on this one. The battery holds a charge very well. The charger is not included for the price. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I thank the seller for his seriousness. This is the 3rd phone I have bought from Backmarket and it has been perfect, everything has gone smoothly. For the 2nd one there was a charging problem and the phone was exchanged very quickly. What's more, second-hand is more respectful of the planet and the environment.
