Phone functional, however there were several strange things about it; the battery case was not OEM and I had to deburr it myself, also the refurbisher had put a sticker over the keypad instead of cleaning it so the lights between the keys were partially obscured. I removed it and this improved things. Also, the charger supplied was an EU one with a UK adaptor which didn't have a fuse 😬. Overall I won't grumble too much about a £50 second hand phone because it otherwise works as intended and it's a cool little handset, I am not sure I would rate the condition as very good however - good is perhaps more apt.

Delighted. The 3310 is totally reconditioned and works beautifully. I wanted a brick phone in addition to my smartphone which is quite big. I use my smartphone for internet etc but I wanted a handy phone just for voice calls and the old Nokias can't be beaten. Sits in a shirt pocket and rings nice and loud, so it's just convenient for voice calls on a cheap monthly tariff. Superb service, quick delivery, five stars for Back Market.

The sound quality is great. On the flipside I find them a little uncomfortable (The right side digs into the back of my ear), battery life isnt that great and the connectivity button is a little awkward.

Phone was in excellent condition (not even a scratch, very new) when it arrived. Delivery was very quick as parcel arrived two days earlier than expected. Phone is for my elderly mom and she finds it easier to use than smart phone.

really happy i bought this refurbished rather than used even though the price difference was about 20 pounds its worth having a year warranty and knowing its been cleaned and fixed up, also the hinge isn't broken, ebay is a good place to get a bargain but at the same time there are a small bunch of fraudulent sellers as well as imaginative explainers of product conditions

I had such high hopes for these headphones but they failed to deliver. My main issue was that when playing music, not loud music, the people around me could hear it as clearly as me. I brought the new Sony noise cancelling headphones instead and they are fantastic. I was a big Bose fan but was let down badly with these.

Happy with my purchase from BackMarket - item as described and a good price. Have to say that I am a little disappointed with the actual earphones as not overly impressed with their sound qulaity but would definitely recommend BackMarket though.
