So far everything is working better than I expected as refurbished goods are hit and miss. Pleasantly surprised how well the site worked in processing the order. One thing you can improve on is trying to show the Gold colour with different lighting or a more accurate colour as we weren't quite sure how it would come. But the main thing my daughter really likes it.

The item was in amazing condition, absolutely no signs of wear.

It works perfectly, however the battery is not as good as expected, it goes down relatively quickly and charges slowly, not a problem for me though as I can just charge it as I use it especially for such a low price it is expected but just a warning to people who are thinking of using it for longer without charging!

I got this for my son for Christmas, it looks brand new. Very happy with this and delivery was quick.

It didn't go very well. Charging port didnt work, couldn't power it up at all. and I assume seller must have been aware of the fault and still sold the item anyway. I've returned it immediately. I'm not very happy with Back market because I expect better from them
