Firstly, the phone looks like it’s brand new and the battery clearly is new. Secondly, it was easy to set up because I could just put it next to my old iPhone and it copied most of the stuff over. I also had an encrypted backup to use as well. The condition of it was flawless, delivery was excellent and very fast. The packaging was solid and it came with a new charging cable. I always buy new-to-me but I’ve never used Back Market before but I definitely will again because the price was great and the product lived up to the description. I would definitely recommend the phone and this company.

Delivered very quickly and as described. My son has the same phone and he recommended it to me and set it up which was really straightforward. No problems so far and hopefully that will stay . It’s a bit bigger and heavier than my old IPhone but I knew that would be the case.

I loved the phone itself, and will be purchasing another one. I say another one, because this one died on me within a month during an update - something apple, it seems, is well known for. Another slight issue is that I bought this phone refurbished is "excellent condition", but the battery ran out very quickly. After a bit of digging, I found it was only 86% full. Would expect at least 90% for a phone that is labelled as "excellent condition"... that being said, I have bought a couple times from BackMarket, and I still trust them with my next order.

Phone is great but the battery life. An iPhone 13 is supposed to last over 19 hours on a new battery. This phone has ‘100%’ battery health but it is done to 50 after 2 hours of usage. The camera is also a bit blurry.

This was my second time buying something from backmarket and I am severely disappointed, when I received the phone it quickly over the next week had issues with the screen, forming lines in the lcd from bottom to top that continued to expand until one side of the phone was unusable, thankfully, after contacting backmarket I was able to return the phone to the seller snd have it repaired though the seller did a very bad job refurbishing this, the screen used was not a genuine part and thats fine, though the face ID function failed to work, as this was not my primary phone this was an issue I could overlook another issue I overlooked was a smudge in the camera cut out I noticed before even powering the phone on that did show when using the front camera. From that point i had realised the repair was done poorly, though i kept my device, for only a few months later the same thing to happen to the pixels on the screen, forming lines from the bottom to the top. I have purchased a laptop from backmarket prior and haven’t come into any issues with it, I have since had to replace the phone I purchased after less than 6 months from the original purchase, this is very disappointing and I hope problems like this do not persist from other sellers backmarket platform. I especially hope this phone does not run into any problems that the prior has.

Unfortunately the phone was locked to EE. So after two hours on the phone to O2 I was sent anew SIM card which didn’t work either . A local shop unlocked the phone for £20. You have no means of proper contact so I would not recommend you to anyone. Yours disappointed, Chris Grover
