Although my refurbished Xiaomi Redmi 9C looks good cosmetically it is not responsive at all. Processor problem combined with touchscreen in half therapeutic time if not more. This is the 4th smartphone I've bought from you in 2 years! And it's not that I want to collect! Please do something.

I bought a phone and it arrived in 1 day, very fast, I bought the phone in excellent mode and so it has not been I can not put any complaint, except that they have sent me a charger that is not that of my tlf, I hope it is solved.

The product is good but sometimes it malfunctions and takes a long time to relax. Otherwise, on the whole, it's good and I'm quite happy with it.

I've only been using it for a short time (Christmas), so I'll have to adapt to this new phone, but I think it has very good capabilities, especially compared to my old smart phone, with x8 memory. Very good.

I was disappointed with the product. The device's performance is far from optimal. The reaction time between each use of an app is very long, sometimes going as far as a black screen before the home page comes back up. The camera is also disappointing, as the photos aren't of good quality and aren't bright. I think this is due to the refurbishment as other people with this model of phone are quite happy with it.
