I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

Excellent. I am still trying to find any marks / scratches or defects on the laptop. It appears to be in "as new" condition! Very fast and I am very happy with the whole package. I have already recommended Back Market to my children, grandchildren and neighbours. So glad I was recommended to try you. Thanks.

Really happy with my Toshiba laptop. It came in a good condition with the basic applications runs very fast. Fantastic screen resolution keyboard keys nicely spaced with plenty of ram. Smiles all around.👍

my order arrived, the laptop itself was in excellent condition. I however did a factory reset as there was still apps and files installed. however the charger that accompanied the laptop made minimal contact with the charging port, I would go as far as saying it was the wrong charger.

The laptop had an issue where only one USB port would work. I did tell blackmarket about the issue and tried to resolve it however I could not send the laptop back at the time as I needed for work purposes. It then started to crash and totally malfunction after about 3 weeks and is still doing so. I can show photos/ videos as evidence if needed. I have since returned to Australia where I live so will be unable to send the laptop back to the UK (place of purchase). I will strongly advise anyone not to use backmarket in the future. How can you sell such a faulty product? Even if it is refurbished.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I am compelled to leave one on this occasion. My laptop exceeded my expectations. I bought it in "fair" condition but found it looking brand new. I am typing on it right now and all I can see is thank you for sending me such a wonderful machine for such a low price. this laptop looks new, works like new and battery life is also super good. Delivery was super quick and laptop was safely packed. I will buy more from backmarket and highly recommend them
