my order arrived, the laptop itself was in excellent condition. I however did a factory reset as there was still apps and files installed. however the charger that accompanied the laptop made minimal contact with the charging port, I would go as far as saying it was the wrong charger.

I am really pleased, the Toshiba looks absolutely brand new, fast delivery and was packaged very well couldnt be happier, many thanks will shop with you again

A few smudges on the screen but otherwise very good. The keyboard battery doesn't work but that's not too serious.
