I haven’t had the opportunity yet to use it , but it arrived quick and the item looks brand new and very stylish, especially for being a toaster with 4 slots for bread slices at once.

The toaster was in excellent condition . It was just in a damaged box. Came with guarantee and instruction manual . Very pleased with my purchase

The toaster is like new, clean and protected by a thin plastic film. It works perfectly well and I am delighted with my purchase.

Perfect experience, one small doubt on receipt of the parcel but quickly resolved on first use.

The toaster arrived in a generic box, but it was in new condition, so that's the main thing. I'm very pleased with the product itself, it's very attractive and a little heavy, but the aim is to keep it on the kitchen worktop. The power selector and the various functions are a delight to use.

The only complaint would be the tape directly on the packaging of the product which acted as a delivery box. Not very discreet and especially complicated to clean as a gift.
