This phone was to replace a pixel 4a which was badly affected by Google's software update this year. Battery life is amazing with several options how to manage battery usage . Phone in excellent condition, no bloatware of note and easy to use. Fingerprint scanner works for me very well.

Love it, the phone was in like new condition which was unexpected as I chose the fair option so expected wear marks but there were none,so happy with purchase this is my second purchase from Back Market and I will use them for all my tech needs amazing company

Really happy with my phone. Wouldn't know it was second hand, looks brand new - no marks on it all. Quality of the phone is amazing. Only need the basic but far exceeds my previous phone which was much more expensive.

Phone looks good as new. Fully operational and no problems seting up. Battery life is good so, overall, very happy.

The phone arrived promptly and, despite being classed as 'fair', was in very good condition. The only disappointment is the battery, it doesn't last anywhere near as long as my previous phone, which was also bought through Back Market.

This is the second phone purchased and not disappointed. Packaged well, to reduce the risk of damage, my phone arrived well within the due date and was exactly as described. If I didn't better I would think the phone was new.

Got really functional new software compared to my Sony 5, which I loved, the phone is elegant, lovely metallic case. But I needed a more functional updated Sony...thank you. Victoria
