This is the first time I have bought a refurbished one and the experience has been very positive. The delivery was really fast. In two three days I had it at home. The product, being in the EXCELLENT category, is really well cared for. The only thing I could notice is a very small scratch but it's not important (I'm quite fastidious with these things). It is a pity that it only has 4gb-ram because it is true that it quickly reaches 90% of use and I have had to make a few adjustments to improve performance and not to load the memory so much, but good. For office work it performs quite well (I use it for university).

This computer is practically brand new, not a scratch on it, works properly and the price is unbelievable. Very pleased with the purchase. The only thing is that it did not arrive at the house, I had to go to a collection point, but everything else perfect.

Great purchase! I am super satisfied. It was my first purchase on this website and I was really fascinated, you have won a customer. The laptop is super well priced, and seriously, it's brand new. Not a scratch on it, it works great. It came wrapped in such a way that it looked brand new...new cables...now I'm going to try it with a mobile phone and my partner with another laptop. Oh, and it arrived super fast.

I want to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas.

To keep your excellent staff, think about increasing them regularly...

In general, I am very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, it was very complicated to set up the laptop. You had to connect to the WLAN, but unfortunately this didn't work somehow and it was very complicated in the end.
