Hi, all i can say is WOW I thought I was sent a brand new one by mistake it's absolutely flawless it's my first refurbished I've gotten and the phone is flawless the battery seems to be really good its working brilliantly backmarket is the way to go for any of my future purchases, absolute 10/10 very very highly recommended, use back market people you won't be disappointed 😁

I recently bought the Samsung S22+ and was very impressed with the whole experience. The phone arrived earlier than expected and was extremely well packaged. I had paid for one in excellent condition, and to my delight, it looks practically brand new. Setting it up was quick and easy, and the backup support provided has been excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with both the phone and the service.

I first bought a refurbished s22 from somewhere else and it was utterly trash so I came here after being told about it by my brother and the s22+ was the same price as that trash and all I can say is damn this phone as of right now is truly excellent

My experience of buying with backmarket turned out to be an excellent. I chose the Fair category and thought the device i will get will be scratched, broken corners etc or something wrong with it. But surprisingly it was as clean as new. Battery is in good condition. everything is working perfectly. BackMarket is now my way to go for 2nd hand mobile purchases.

I chose theis phone on line because it seemed a good deal. I took the plunge and ordered it on a Friday afternoon. I got confirmation straight away that told me to expect the delivery the following Thursday. However, on the Saturday I got an update from FedEx saying delivery would be a day early. Great I thought, let's check the tracking. What!? The phone is coming from California? I didn't know about this but I thought, OK, sit tight. Anyway I then got another FedEx update saying the delivery was now scheduled for Tuesday and I could see the tracking showing CA to Memphis to Stanstead. We'll the phone arrived and it's a little beauty. Like new. Spotless. I couldn't be happier. Just one point though. The screen had been fitted with a glass screen protector. A nice touch but it wouldn't allow the fingerprint reader to work so it had to go. Well done Backmarket. 5☆

2nd time purchasing a phone and not disappointed. Bought this for my sons 12th birthday and hes happy with it great size phone amd definitely worth the money. Also came with a free phone case which I wasn't expecting 🙂

I am extremely pleased with my purchase from Back Market. The phone was exactly as described and the service was excellent. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to family and friends.

The quality and condition of phone met my expectations. It was delivered on time, although a day late. Delivery company said we weren't in, but we were and camera system around house confirmed that nobody tried to deliver the item on the day in mention. Typical of the company who were delivering it. This was no reflexion on Back Market. Apart from the delivery problem experience was good and I will reccommend you to my friends.

I went for the fair choice as it was the only one available in my pricerange and when I received my phone 📱 it was like new anyway! 1 or 2 lil scuffs on 1 corner but that's it! screen is new and works like a dream ✨️ absolutely recommend back market brilliant thanks. 10/10
