    Very pleased with my new phone was very sceptical buying a refurbished model. Phone arrived the very next day which I was surprised as it was days before christmas. Quality of the phone was like new could not find one single mark on either the screen or phone casing absolute pristine condition. Definitely be buying from back market and this seller in future. Thank you to the seller for such hassle free experience.

    To be honest , I shopped around for ages and wasn't sure , who to buy my recycled phone / refurbished phone from. I'm actually surprised how good the quality was for a FAIR condition phone , few scratches on screen ( minimal ) but what a great saving , if you want a work horse and your not a princess buy fair from BackMarket , fully recommended and I can see why your getting the hype and exposure

    Received My samsung s22+ in fair condition via royal mail 24 hr tracking so it arrived promptly, scratches all over the screen that aren't to noticeable when the screen is on and on the case too but it is to be expected with a fair condition phone other than that it works great and charges fine, came with a usb c cable and sim tool.

    I didn't want to go back on contract as it was so expensive 😫 so I paid off my old mobile and went to sim only. My friend recommended me Back Market as she had purchased 2 phones from here. I was so impressed how easy it was ! I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22+ as 'good' condition and its perfect! I can't see anything that wouldn't make it excellent. Delivery was very quick, ordered on a Tuesday evening and was delivered first thing on Thursday morning. I definitely will be purchasing from here again, it's great not to be tied down by a contract 😄

    I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus, and I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my new phone. Grade good, colour green. I done my research for a about a month and a half, searching online and local sellers for the best prices, I was very optimistic at first, trust me. I was always lead back to Back Market.     Just want to say thank you for an fast amazing service. I had initially bought a samsung flip phone. But unfortunately I had a few issues with the handset. I had started the returns procedure through backmarket. And their response was amazing. The customer service is impeccable and I was fully refunded. Because of this service I have purchased my third phone from them. My phone is in mint condition so far everything looks great. It was delivered within a day. I have recommended this site to many family and friends.

    Have to say just love Back Market this is the 4th phone that I have purchased in the last 18 months. Quality was great. However, I don't rate the Samsung s22+ as good as the s21 ultra camera after test. The only reason changed was needed larger memory, so purchased the s22+ with 256gb so I can utilise apps while storing photo on the phone rather than the cloud, which I am happy with. Thanks Back Market.

    Ordered a Samsung S22+ White in colour excellent condition, delivered next day but I never ask for next day delivery just left it as standard, that is what I call brilliant service, this is 2nd time I've used Back Market to but a phone I wouldn't hesitate in the future, good price & very good delivery.
