This was my first time purchasing a refurbished mobile, and after much pondering I settled on the Dark Red S22 Ultra 128gb, they said the the screen was flawless, and that's how it arrived, absolutely pristine condition, like brand new, not a mark anywhere on the screen or body, the battery came charged at more than 80%, and of course it had the built is S pen, I couldn't be more pleased with it it, delivery was quick and it came very packaged, along with excellent communication and great buying experience. Ordered a "Good" quality Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone and surprised as its almost like a brand new phone apart from a few cosmetic dints which were expected I suppose. Still to find out how battery performs over time but my wife is quiet impressed with the phone. Would definitely buy another phone from here as they've kept the word on quality of the phone. Arrived in a clean good condition than I expected. Free case and screen protector is definitely a plus!. Everything works perfect. Great deal. I wish they could add a longer 2m usb c wire though. Overall, happy with packaging and delivery time. Good price for a Samsung Note 20. Will definitely buy again from Backmarket!

I seriously have a thrilling experience with Back market. I orderd a Fair condition phone when I received the phone it was in excellent condition I was amazed, but the phone had some bootloop and wifi disconnecting issue I send the phone back for a replacement and I received the replacement phone in 4days and it's in fair condition but I can surely say that it's a used phone not a refurbished and I love this thing everything is original even the Spen and it's quite pocket friendly then local market. I'm excited to shop again in future from Bank market and do recommend people to try to buy from them.

phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

I'm very pleasantly surprised. Despite choosing the 'fair' option, I can't see a mark on this, though my eyesight isn't all that out was! It's always a bit traumatic for us oldies when we bite the bullet and change anything, let alone our phones, but the transfer was pretty straightforward. I've had great fun pimping it up and finding out what it can do over the last couple of days and I'm really happy with my purchase. Bargain, was looking for an s22 ultra but searched s24 out of curiosity, shame I didnt buy it first time as it was £479, after few days and refreshing slighly went up to £509 but phone in excellent condition for a fair model which was really good. Came in a simple cardboard box and the phone inside, not a visible scratch on the front and rear, couldn't be happier for a model that recent for such a low price and great quality. Definitely worth 👌

I was informed that the phone would take 3 days for delivery. In fact it arrived the following morning after the order was placed. It was very well packed and inside was the Galaxy s25 Ultra phone, usb cable and SIM card tray opener. The condition was as good as a brand new phone. No marks, scratches or screen blemishes anywhere and it was fuly charged ready to go. Some reviews state the phones are not UK region This phone is definitely UK region it's accepted all of the data from my old device including social media apps and WhatsApp. I have downloaded all Samsung software updates and installed them with no issues. It is operating exactly as it should do. Thank you Back market for the excellent service and an amazing phone. You've certainly convinced me that buying refurbished is the way to go in the future.

I got the ultra for £733 at excellent condition! Thought it was gonna come in another packaging because it was "refurbished". but when it arrived, it was brand new, in it's original box! Like, I still got an unbox experience. Everything is functioning really well so far, will have to see months down the line confirm it's consistency but overall, I'm loving it!🙌🏻
