The camera looks brand new and works perfectly. I had a Lumix camera a couple of years older than this model and I loved that thing so much I wanted another once it finally died on me (after a decade I should add). I decided to get a slight upgrade from that one, and I'm honestly so happy with it. It has all the hallmarks of my old one, with a few upgrades and improvements. It might be an older model, but it's still a great intermediate camera and can take very clear images. I was also very happy with the shipping, it arrived next day with all the original accessories plus a camera bag. The only thing missing was the original box, which was no issue. I'm a big believer in refurbished electronics and I will definitely use backmarket again.

True to the description the camera is almost flawless the only downside is that it didnt include the usb cable to attach the camera to the pc, but I have managed to source one elsewhere Would highly recommend buying from this seller as my experience is second to none

Got the item over a week late due to DPD the delivery company who decided to send it back making no attempt to deliver the item . When I reached out for help was disappointed on the reply in that 'I' should make the enquiries and that I wouldn't receive the item until the sender had received it .As none of this was my fault I was somewhat miffed. Eventually Back Market sorted it out and I received my item via Royal Mail . The delivery was really the only issue. I would still use Back Market if I needed a refurbished item ,especially as it has a 1yr guarantee.
