My recent order OnePlus 9 pro I received well, when I was ordered I thought may be I will get phone in good condition but I really overvelmed like it's new phone no one can say it's referbished or else. Thanks to Back Market to provide such wonderful platform where customer like us will get our espire items within our budget with no complaint.

Phone is in great condition and works exactly like a brand new phone. Very happy with service and product.

My phone arrived 3 days than initially stated on the email and tracker information. The phone arrived in a spotless state when i only selected "Good" condition. I would love to see what state the phones come in when you select "Excellent" condition. Very Impressed with the phone so far and have just sent my old one back to them to save more old phones sitting around the house!

I was nervous about buying a refurbed phone but i am glad i did, phone arrived the day after buying it, came with official manufacturer charger and the little tool to pop the sim tray out. Phone is mint condition, not a mark on it, the battery life is very good, holds enough charge to last me a couple of days. I have had the phone for 2 weeks and all is good, no complaints, I would definitely buy a refurbed phone from BackMarket again.

The phone was in good condition as described, with only a few minor signs of use. Doesn't even make a difference to me anyway as the first thing I bought was a protective folding case which covers the back of the phone, and the screen is immaculate. Battery life is as I would expect from any high powered smartphone, and probably better than I would expect from a used one. As a bonus, the "warp charge" feature on this model lets me go from 20% to full in about half an hour, so I'm sure battery life wont be much of an issue even when it starts to deteriorate in the future. That said, I would have liked a warp charger to be included in the deal as it's a feature specific to this phone, and my old charger didn't have the output for it. I do understand the sustainability aspect of not sending unnecessary chargers with every phone though, and can't complain at the price. All in all, I've had the phone about a month now and can't find fault with it at all, so a very happy customer!

i'm reallu dissapointed with my OnePlus 9 Pro. I find the camera to be much worse quality than my previous phone, the OnePlus 7, and t it also glitches when I use the internet. I will be asking for a refund unfortunately.

Delighted! Great price for a phone that feels functionally brand new. Few weeks in now and performance, battery, visuals are all absolutely solid. Came in good time too :D

The phone is in excellent condition and is very good value for such a good phone. The only problem I've had is that the battery is very badly calibrated, losing almost all of its charge very quickly (even overnight with no apps running) and then surviving at 1% for hours. It's very inconvenient. I've tried to recalibrate myself, which had limited success. I considered sending them back but it would have left me without a phone for another few days, and I'm not confident that it would have been resolved. I think I'm going to have to just live with the inconvenience.

I ordered and received the phone very quickly and it looks and feels amazing. I am very impressed with the quality and the feel of the new phone. Thank you very much for the fantastic service
