Excellent condition - still in it's original sealed manufacturer's packing so effectively brand new. No issues setting it up. Only downside is that the battery life is a little disappointing but for the price I paid for a flagship phone I certainly can't complain. Would certainly use Black Market again

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

I keep getting asked for a review, so... well the phone isn't working well, I don't know if the fault is at my end with networks, but so far its being inconsistent at receiving and making calls and texts. Oh well.

My phone arrived in better condition than I had expected and also far quicker than anticipated! The only downside was no original box or charger being included, only a charging cable.

So far so good.. I got it for my partner about a week ago for his birthday as was too good a deal not too! Delivery was a lot quicker than expected.. I think it actually came the day after I bought it! My partner is very happy with it.. he kept the same phone for 7 years before this one so he’s very happy!

I was introduced to Back Market by daughter & I too cannot recomment them highly enough. I bought a One plus 10 pro 5g & I could not find so much as a spec of dust on the phone, this was far beyond what I expected. Perfect service too, frequent updates on my order so I felt in contact with the supplier all the way through to delivery which was within the delivery spot allocated.
