Excellent condition - still in it's original sealed manufacturer's packing so effectively brand new. No issues setting it up. Only downside is that the battery life is a little disappointing but for the price I paid for a flagship phone I certainly can't complain. Would certainly use Black Market again

I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

So far so good.. I got it for my partner about a week ago for his birthday as was too good a deal not too! Delivery was a lot quicker than expected.. I think it actually came the day after I bought it! My partner is very happy with it.. he kept the same phone for 7 years before this one so he’s very happy!

I was introduced to Back Market by daughter & I too cannot recomment them highly enough. I bought a One plus 10 pro 5g & I could not find so much as a spec of dust on the phone, this was far beyond what I expected. Perfect service too, frequent updates on my order so I felt in contact with the supplier all the way through to delivery which was within the delivery spot allocated. I will certainly be looking at Back Market in the future for other purchases.

I can't tell the difference between this and a phone straight off the shelf! After years with a OnePlus 6T from new it was outside of software updates and didn't charge as reliably. I basically wanted the same phone. Big plus with this model is sharper screen and the fingerprint sensor which works much more reliably. Negative would be the back is quite slippery without a case and to use the wireless charging you need to buy expensive accessories from OnePlus. But as far as the Back Market experience goes I am impressed...next time I need a like-new piece of tech I know where to go!
