I bought this product for my daughters 9th birthday. It arrived in double quick time and in excellent condition. Everything worked as it should and was packaged well. The Switch basically looks brand new! This is my third purchase through BackMarket and I have not been disappointed yet.

Switch arrived quickly and in good packaging. Switch was boxed and wrapped nicely in the box. It looks brand new, came with all accessories, wristraps, nintendo hdmi and power supply, joycon controllers, dock. Screen even has a protective cover on. Very pleased thank you

Look new. Not disappointed at all with back market, as usually. Still navigating but for now quiet satisfy especially at this price. Not the first and definitely not my last order 😊 Recommend 100%!!!

This is an early review as it's a birthday present for my daughter, I have had a look at the Nintendo Switch Lite and it is in great condition, super happy with the product so far, I will update my review once my daughter has given it a spin but so far so good 👍🏻 😀 😊

I have ordered from Backmarket before but genuinely surprised how good their stuff it. The switch honestly feels and looks brand new. Somehow better than what it was described as. As someone who doesn’t like waste I’m a big fan of back market but sometimes unsure of their quality but both times they’ve surprised me!

I received the wrong colour Switch sadly. However- the one I received came with an array of extra gadgets (steering wheels, a travel case and screen protectors x2) with the Switch itself in great condition. I raised a concern regarding the colour but after trying the device it wasn’t so much of a big deal. Back market offered different solutions to the issue and I was very happy with their assistance and action. I could have sent the switch back and swapped for the white one I originally ordered but the product was so well presented I no longer wished to do so. I was then offered a discount. Not the colour I ordered but a great product none the less and with many added extras. Very happy with their assistance service. I often use Back market to buy new tech. I will continue to do so. My daughter asked me to purchase this for her if she transferred me the money after the great deal that I got with my 1st purchase and especially with how everything was handled from start to the finish

My experience with Back Market and their app was fantastic. I found it easy to use and have now bought other items. My only downside is I got a mix of both the black and the white oled switch. Brilliant condition and plays perfect, it just looks a bit odd.

Wasn't inspected as there was data still left on the switch but you pay an inspection fee. When I questioned this with customer services all I got was to return it over and over, ignored all my other questions. They wouldn't tell me what they inspected when I asked what the fee was for. Beware as others have said customer service is awful.

Item dispatched fairly quickly. Well packaged. Unfortunately one of the Joycons (Nintendo Switch) was not working despite all the listings saying the are fully checked by professionals to ensure they are in full working order. Very slow response to my initial message reporting the problem. When a response was received it was clearly from a bot. It simply reassured me my issue was being dealt with. I had another one the following day basically repeating the same thing. Five days on and the problem has still not been resolved. I would be very reluctant to use them again
