Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. I have been using the Microsoft surface laptop go for a couple months now. The condition was perfect honestly. The battery life isn’t the best but that’s not the sellers fault, but just something to consider. I waited to write until l managed to use for few weeks the surface and l can assure you now that l am most stisfyed! The pc needed a lot of unexpected hard resets because it was frozen. The fan makes a funny noise, it's strangling while working. The battery is also not good, but I can afford this, considering it is not a new model. The only issue, which I can not complain about, is that the item was supplied with a keyboard despite there being nothing about that in the description or photo.
