I’m very pleased with this refurbished Surface and glad that my older Surface keyboard fitted and works well. I got a newer version as battery drained too quickly and needed Windows 11. This works perfectly. Great refurbished product rated fair but all good.

I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

third time I've bought hardware from Back Market and third time I've been impressed. the Surface Pro I bought was only in good condition but I couldn't find a mark on it!

The Bluetooth has issues when connected to any device including AirPods Pro, Samsung galaxy buds and s Sony headphones . The sound is broken and jarred.

Really good price and even though condition rated as 'fair' am totally pleased with what I purchased. Really efficient service too, thanks all round!

Its pretty good, the screen isn't as responsive to touch as I was expecting but it works with a pen well enough.

Surface pro in good condition. Screen wouldn't come on after a week but resolved it by turning it shutting it down the restarting
