I was little surprised that on a refurbished model there was a sticker with the name of the previous owner stuck to the back of the laptop. The laptop seems to be functioning well, battery drain is quite fast but could be expected for an older model?

I was delighted to receive the Microsoft Surface Pro7. It’s working really well. I’d been looking to buy one for ages, but at full price totally out my financial range. This refurbished one ticks all the boxes. I couldnt be happier

As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

I got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7. I am very happy with it so far and it was a great price. The delivery was on time and packaging was fine. The Surface Pro is in very good condition, no scratches or bumps. The pictures gave me the impression I was going to get a mouse and stylus but it was my fault for not reading the text properly, but I did get power supply. So all in all I am happy with Back Maket. Seller is good and it was in great condition. Battery health report changes on every boot (but still around 90%) and sometimes it doesn’t shut down properly and drains battery overnight (firmware update didn’t help), otherwise works as new. However this 2-in-1 is old and overpriced. I was forced to get a replacement with Intel chipset on a short notice. There are newer, cheaper and better options on the market with Snapdragon, if you don’t have a specific use case.

I was unsure initially as all sounded too good to be true! Lots of rave reviews and 24hr insured delivery! However I too the plunge and less than 24hrs the surface pro was delivered in excellent condition and fully charged. I’ll definitely buy from these guys again without a second thought. Really pleased with my purchase. Came in "fair" condition, but honestly the only things that looked used was the keyboard, shiny patch on the mouse pad part. Which isn't the end of the world for me. The actual tablet could have been new it was in such good condition. Very pleased with my purchase.

So happy with my order! The condition is ‘fair’- exterior of the device has some scratches but the actual screen is fine and battery life seems to be working well so far. It also came with keyboard in great condition. Overall I am delighted with the product and quality of service.
