So far I am using it, and it's really awesome value for money, but what I noticed the battery backup is not satisfactory.

Product arrived quickly. Quality was decent, the device had some minor scratches to the body but screen was near perfect. However the charger was dangerously faulty. The top pin on the charger was broken So i have ordered another one. The device system was set to Dutch so i had to read through the Dutch set up till i could later change things to English. Other than that the device has worked very well so far.

It’s so good, I have been enjoying the Laptop so far and it hasn’t given me any problems. Also the website and platform is so swift, fast, efficient and user friendly. The customer service is also top notch

It's perfect. I'm a student and also like to play games sometimes as a break and this accommodates for both. So happy with this product and will definitely come back to this site if I ever need anything else. Price was great, quality is great, customer service was fab

The product was great, unfortunately I chose not to keep it because I found a better alternative, but excellent condition and all accessories and honestly a very great experience buying this Surface Pro from this seller.

I was very pleased with the condition of the laptop, couldn't really see any signs of wear and tear at all. Delivery was quick, it came a couple of days earlier than advertised. Would be happy to use this site again.

Product quality is outstanding, way beyond my expectations. Initially I was worried for this investment but now I felt it's worth it. All the functions are intact, processor speed, performance, display, sound, picture quality everything is fantastic. The delivery was outstanding, fast almost next day, packaging was excellent.

Thank you so much ! The Surface Pro 3 arrived quickly and looks almost like new. I have been using it daily and find it very convenient to use as a tablet and laptop on my college course. Battery life is ok and almost a day intermittent use, charges quickly. I have also purchased a mouse and pen to match and very impressed ! I love my refurb machine 🥰

Very pleased with the service and condition. It did take some time to fathom out the WiFi connection issue with this model. It doesn't like using 5ghz band so it's best to switch off auto frequency. Works good on 2ghz band though. Now I've resolved the issue I'm very happy with its performance.
