5/5I hve never personally bought anything from back market but when my friend suggested it and said he had bought a few electronics over the years, I thought lets try it out and that there would always be an option to return if needed. I am SO pleasantly surprised about this laptop, looks and feels like it has never been used. 5/5This laptop was the best investment I’ve made this year. I love this laptop sooo muchhh it’s amazing. It’s especially useful as I use it for my school coursework and other school work. 3/5Ordered on Friday, arrived on Saturday (earlier than expected and with only two hours notice so we weren't in). Physical condition fine. Appeared to work well on Monday but completely refused to boot up on Tuesday. Back Market tech support no help: they repeatedly suggested I try fixes I had told them I had already attempted then just stopped replying. No video appointments available for three days. Appears the OneDrive synch has also failed so all the work I did on Monday has been lost and I am now unable to work as I don't have a functioning laptop. Apparently I have to wait 7-10 days for a repair with no suggestion of how I am meant to complete any work in the meantime. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wanted to buy refurbished as I see a lot of tech go to waste, but this experience suggests it is totally unreliable for 'mission critical' items.
