I needed a fairly basic laptop for work, mostly for internet research and photo storage but didn’t want to buy new for such a small amount of work. As usual the exact thing I needed was available for a very reasonable price on your website. I’m sold on your refurbished tech, it’s always good quality and as well as being affordable it’s eco friendly. Good job once again guys!

Delivery was prompt and the laptop was well-packaged. The device was as advertised. I am very please with my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 12-inch (2020). The screen is perfect (no marks, scratches or dead pixels). The system is nippy/slick and has what appears to be a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro (great!). The only downside is the existing battery life (approx 3h tops). I suspected up front that the battery life would be on the low side given that the device is about 5 years old. This is not a deal breaker as I mostly use it plugged in anyway. As far as I can tell, it should not be too much bother to swap out the old battery for a new 3rd-party battery.

I’m really happy with this refurbished laptop! It arrived in great condition, works smoothly, and performs just like new. Excellent value for the price—highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, light weight. I had to download load the manual as I’m not confident to use it. Still finding my way around it but fun trying. I would recommend this company to everyone .

First time Back Market customer, slightly nervous, but wow! Machine arrived quickly via DPD and it's a beauty. A slight mark on the lid, a very small "ding" only noticeable in bright light... tiny. Otherwise, looks like new. So far so good, windows 11 sucks, but you can't have everything I suppose.

It arrived in great condition. A few days early with the delivery which I'm definitely not going to complain about! One tiny dent at the top, but it didn't affect the performance whatsoever. Great refurbished product overall. Would recommend!

Great product and it does what it says on the tin . As usual being a window based product it took an whole afternoon to set up and update and download etc. etc.. but this is not Back Market fault. at a certain point of time the screen brightness went all the way to 0 during the set up and came back only at the end of windows 10 set up . Then it downloaded windows 11..... WTF ,,,could they make it a bit more complicated? Anyway now it works wonders my wife is writing a book on it and she loves it .
