I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. My MacBook Pro was as described, great condition I was so pleased, very well packed, I am very happy with the condition and quality and it is great value for money, I am now considering purchasing a refurbished I pad. Would recommend Black Market.

This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

Came with a new charger and came in excellent condition no scratches and I was quite worried of buying at first but it’s turned out great everything works and a great laptop for students and came with a new battery which is also great came charged aswell and fast shipping 100% recommend

I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. I needed a laptop for my freelance business and getting a refurbished one is a great way to start to minimise your starting costs. It arrived in amazing condition. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. The Apple box it came it was a bit dinged up but not a problem. The money saved has really made a difference and would recommend the service to anyone.
