I recieved my MacBook pro in as new condition. I am delighted with the vast amount of money I have saved with not buying new from the high street. A wonderful experience from picking the model that suited me to receiving my order. I would recommend anybody to look at reconditioned Macbook,s from this company before buying new.

I recently bought MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 16GB SSD 512 from Back market and omg it’s not only looks like a brand new Macbook but it also arrived within an upgraded version of Core i7. I bought it in Excellent condition and it was beyond my expectations. This isn’t the first time I bought a gadget from the Back market and I have to say they have never disappointed us. So far so good. It’s my first Mac so I’m getting used to it. It’s in great condition. The pad was a bit slow but I’ve speed this up and hopefully I’m swiping in the right place. Really pleased with it after a week.

Oooo-wee, but I *l*o*v*e* this machine. Bought it because it cost less than the MacBook Air I was first looking at. To start with, not only did it arrive early and fully charged, it's in mint condition, despite my buying "fair". Absolutely stunning and works like a dream. Kudos to the refurbisher who has done a BRILLIANT job. As for the MacBook Pro itself, I don't know why the touch bar gets a bad press, I find it unobtrusive and most helpful when I need it. My best purchase from Back Market so far and thrilled with it, thank you.

I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen.
