    This MacBook Pro was purchased by my oldest daughter who just loves it , it’s fast and looks cool . What more can I say your Backmarket stuff has helped my family out a lot with great first class refurbished technology.

    The MacBook Pro was in excellent condition. The whole experience from searching the Back Market website to receiving the item was perfect. Knowing that buying refurbished is better for the planet is good. I don’t think I’ll ever buy new again.

    The MacBook Pro I purchased is perfect, it's in excellent condition and was great value for money. It was delivered fast and packaged very securely. Since my purchase I have used Back Market again, it's my go-to for tech now, refurbished is the way forward.

    I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro as I need a quick replacement of my old 2013 MacBook Air as it wasn't receiving updates anymore. I have never ordered refurbished before and I have to say I am very impressed. So far I've had no issues with the MacBook, it came with minimal scratches and what appeared to be a brand new charger. Delivery was 2 days sooner than expected so I had it in time for New Year. I would highly recommend and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.

    I'm really happy with the MacBook Pro so far and it even came with an upgrade to 32gb RAM. It all seems to work well and I'm pleased with it. I chose Good condition and there's just very minimal cosmetic wear and tear. It arrived promptly and the only dodgy part was that Royal Mail left it outside without asking for a signature, plus I feel it wasn't packaged that brilliantly, but no apparent harm done. A great purchase and seller, and I'm looking forward to working with this refurbished and much needed upgrade to my old laptop, running programmes like FCPX. Would recommend.

    Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

    I have to say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The device is actually in excellent rather than just very good condition, with a barely visible dink on the top of the cover. The screen is epic, the build superb and battery in great condition after running diags. Delivery was as promised. I will definitely buy another refurbished Apple device from Back Market. Thank you.     Much better than I thought it would be. A few nicks but I was looking for functionality, not aesthetics. Came with a close to brand new charger, no loose/rusted ports, and had a 60% charge so I was able to get started transferring my data almost immediately. The keyboard had no missing or sticky keys. Delivery was fast - arriving 2 days after I ordered. The battery is functioning normally - no clogging at the fan level and all screws on the bottom portion are there. I'm used to doing a little bit of extra maintenance on refurbished Macs - but not necessary. Very good job - very impressed.

    I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected
